- Our Skirt Steak is upper third choice black angus beef with a minimum of 21 days age. Also, clean label and Local!
- Our Mahi is wild caught, unfortunately frozen, but still incredibly high quality.
- Our Tortillas are clean label as well. The chips and the tortillas themselves. Made locally by Raquelitas tortillas.
- Our Shrimp is phosphate free and sustainable.
- Our "House Margarita" Is better than Cadillac margaritas and a few bucks less expensive. It’s 100% a clean drink. Premium Arette reposado tequila and Grand Mariner. 3 oz of liquor is in this, and it packs a punch. It also doesn’t give heartburn. Fresh lime and our scratch simple syrup.
- ALL of our drinks that have fruits or juices are fresh squeezed in house or freshly muddled into the drinks at the time you order it.
- Our simple syrup is made in house from scratch using pure cane, organic non-GMO sugar infused with fresh vanilla beans.
- We cook in premium oils such as Avocado oil, Clarified butter and pure canola for frying.
